Payments are due at the time of the service. Please leave
payment on kitchen counter with a note, so we know that it is intended
for us. We accept cash and check. If you are going to be paying in
check, please make it payable to Lynch Residential Cleaning
Yes, we love pets, and will be very careful around them! If
your pets exhibit nervous behavior around visitors, please secure them
prior to our service.
There are many reasons why you should choose our service; we
are hardworking, trustworthy and a reliable business. We know the area
and the area knows us.
We are available to clean your home, Monday through Friday,
starting at 8 am until 5 pm.
It is up to you but it’s not necessary; we provide our own
cleaning supplies and equipment. If you would prefer us to use your
own cleaning supplies, please notify us in advance. We are happy to
accommodate.
No, you do not need to be present when we clean, but it is up
to you. Many clients provide us with a spare key, garage codes, or
places where the key is located.
A team of two to three highly trained individuals will be
cleaning your home.
No, we do not work major holidays. We prioritize homes that
fall on a major holiday by rescheduling our cleaning services prior to
or shortly after the holiday.
Yes, we are!
No, we don’t provide contracts. We are confident with the
service we provide, and hope that we can service your home for a long time!
